I just made $1100 this week working from home for google. I cant believe how easy this is. Im recommending this to everyone, check out this guys google blog makemoneywith-google.com
Well, about 2 years ago I self-published a workbook, titled "I Have A Voice" which was a mixture of diary and symptom chart for people with "invisible diseases" like Fibromyalgia. I wrote it as a tool for patients to use at home, and then later bring with them to their doctor, so they'd have a better "timeline" to share regarding their symptoms, and effectiveness of treatment. I think I've sold 4 copies to date. LOL!
I do have plans for a second edition, and perhaps I can shop this one around to find a "real" publisher. We'll see.
Anyway, I wish you luck in your hunt.
Just curious... is your book fiction, or non-fiction? Any other details you feel comfortable sharing would be welcome too, of course.
I'm new here too, but just wanted to welcome you. Right now all I'm writing is a blog, so I'm so impressed that you've written a novel as well as children's books -- you go!
Oh, and I just have to add that I laughed out loud when I read the part of your profile about how you "went the safe route and worked in the mental health field for over 20 years." :)
Anyway, welcome again. I wish you luck in fining the perfect publisher!

About Me:
I am a new writer and just completed my first novel along with a few children's books. I have always wanted to "just write" but I went the safe route and worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I currently work as a licensed real estate salesperson in NYC but am actively working to get my work published. Happy writing.......
