I've definitely had my doubts about keeping a personal blog but I've found it to be more beneficial than just having a written diary that only I see. Sharing it with the world helps keep me honest and I've gotten to meet some great people along the way.
I just joined the network and simply wanted to say hi. I just had a look at your blog and found it touching and very personal. The article on wounds is especially profound and, I expect will be touch on the experiences of many readers. We all have hidden emotional triggers which, as you so aptly pointed out, can suddenly and unexpectedly, cause us to become overwhelmed by our own memories.
To often we hide from feelings or put on a brave face so as to not appear vulnerable. Congratulations on sharing you thoughts and feelings about such very personal things.
